Ready to stop starting over? Here's where to begin.
You don't need to overhaul your whole life overnight, and you don't need to go all-in to start feeling different. What you need is the right amount of support for where you're at right now.
Three ways to work with me, from a quick first step to fully in your corner. Not sure which one's right for you?
Start here • 7-day energy revival
ReviveHer

ReclaimHer
$199 a month
Twelve weeks, a small group of women who get it, and me in your corner. Coaching calls, video lessons and a community that keeps you going long after motivation runs out. For mums who are done starting over and like a bit of accountability.
Premium 1:1 Coaching • Minimum 3 months
TransformHer

My most hands-on option. A proper clinical deep dive analysing pathology, gut health, hormones, full health history, to deliver a plan built around your real life, and daily accountability so the wobbles never turn into a backslide. For the woman who wants to go all in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before you get in touch… the questions I get asked most often.

Most women start with a quick discovery call so we can work out together which one fits. As a rough guide: ReviveHer is the low-commitment first step, a 7-day taste of how I work. ReclaimHer is for women who want 12 weeks of structure, clinical education and a group who get it. TransformHer is fully personalised 1:1 support with pathology analysis and unlimited support, for when you want me completely in your corner. All three stand alone, and it's common to start light and go deeper later.

Both. I see clients in person at my clinic in Hawthorne, Brisbane, and I work with women online across Australia and internationally via Zoom.

That depends on your goals. My approach is calorie-aware, not calorie-obsessive. Recipes come with macros so you have context. If fat loss is your goal and feel like you have been spinning your wheels, you might find it helpful to track your macros for a few days to see where your energy intake is coming from. Often I find my clients are not getting enough protein, carbs and fibre, and tracking can help demonstrate this as a reliable data point. This is not for everyone, and not a requirement for the program. Treats are in. Restriction is not.
-
Yes. I give guidance on how to adapt meals across gluten-free, dairy-free, IBS-friendly and other requirements, whichever program you're in. If you have a complex clinical condition, it's worth a conversation about whether 1:1 support would serve you better. Book a free discovery call and I'll let you know about the right fit.
-
No. My approach works with your food preferences, not against them. Restriction doesn't create lasting change, it creates a binge. You'll have treats, you'll eat out, you'll have the glass of wine. What changes is the framework around all of it.
-
Most programs fail because they give you information without addressing why you're not already doing the things you know you should. That gap is a behaviour change problem, not a knowledge problem. My background in corporate change management means every program is built around how habits actually form, gradually, realistically, and into a life that already has a lot going on. That's why it holds.

That’s exactly what I specialise in, as a Clinical Nutritionist. With thorough health history exploration, pathology analysis, and unlimited support throughout the program, together we can tackle a complex symptom picture to get you feeling yourself again.
