Give your people the tools to feel good at work.
I’m a clinical nutritionist and behaviour change expert who makes wellbeing sessions people actually look forward to. Practical, evidence-based content, delivered in a way that lands, so your team can put it to use the same day.
Before I became a clinical nutritionist, I spent years in corporate change management, delivering organisation-wide programs on behavioural uplift, culture, and helping people shift their habits. Turns out those skills translate pretty well to nutrition.
That combination of clinical and behavioural expertise is what makes my sessions different. I don’t just tell people what to eat. I understand why behaviour change is hard, and I give your team the frameworks to make it stick.
I’m also a mum of three boys under ten, so I know exactly what it looks like to juggle a career and parent life at the same time. My content meets people where they are, not where they “should” be.

What makes it work
A wellbeing session that people remember
I build every session around your specific audience so the content lands - and people leave with things they can actually do.
Built around your brief
Every session starts with a conversation about who your audience is, what they're dealing with, and what you want them to walk away with.
Complex made simple
Everything I share is evidence-based. I translate complex nutrition science into language that makes sense to someone who's got back-to-back meetings and a packed inbox.
Grounded in behaviour change
I have a background in corporate change management, so I understand resistance. I give people frameworks to shift habits sustainably - the reason most wellbeing advice doesn't stick is because the behaviour change piece is missing.
Engaging for all kinds of rooms
I've presented to rooms of executives, large all-hands meetings, intimate lunch-and-learn groups, and community groups. My sessions are interactive and keep people with me the whole way through.
Practical from day one
Everything I recommend works in the context of a busy life.
In-person or virtual, anywhere
I'm Brisbane-based, but deliver sessions nationally and globally.
Healthy people perform better
You probably don’t need convincing that wellbeing matters at work. Here’s the evidence for why nutrition specifically is worth investing in.
Teams that understand the link between food, energy and focus show up differently. They make better decisions, manage stress more effectively, and are more present, for their work and for each other.
The sessions that get people to actually change something are the ones that meet them where they are. That’s what I focus on, practical shifts that fit into a real life.
25% reduction in absenteeism linked to workplace nutrition programs
20% productivity gain when employees eat well throughout the day
3x more likely to stay with an employer who invests in their wellbeing
66% of Australians have at least one preventable chronic health condition

Session formats
45-60 minute session
One-off workshop or workshop series
Focused sessions that fit neatly into the working day. High engagement, practical takeaways. Available in-person or virtual, and they work for groups of 5 to 500-plus.
45-60 minute session
Cooking demonstration
The most fun session on the menu, and often the most memorable. I take the mystery out of nourishing food with a live demo that shows your team how simple it is to eat well without spending hours in the kitchen. Includes pre-session recipes, and can be delivered virtually or in person.
4-8 hour session
Workplace wellness clinic
I know one size doesn’t fit all. I set up a Workplace Wellness Clinic, in your workplace or virtually, running confidential, personalised nutrition and lifestyle consults for your employees. Includes a pre-session individual questionnaire and optional custom meal plans. Biometric assessments are available for in-person consults only.
Let’s talk
All formats work as a one-off, part of an ongoing series, or adapted to suit a specific event brief. Not sure what you need? Let’s talk.

Frequently asked questions
Before you get in touch… the questions I get asked most often.
-
Not at all. I have extensive experience with corporate teams at places like consulting and recruitment firms, but I work with a wide range of groups: mothers’ groups, fitness studios, schools, community organisations, charities, and events of all kinds. If you have a group of people who would benefit from practical, honest nutrition and wellbeing education, get in touch. The content and tone are always adapted to suit whoever’s in the room.
-
Yes. All sessions are available online via your preferred platform, whether that’s Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or whatever works for you. I’ve delivered workshops and presentations to teams and audiences across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and beyond.
-
For workshops and smaller sessions, two to four weeks notice is usually fine. That said, if something’s come up quickly, it’s always worth reaching out to check availability.
-
Always. I never show up with a generic deck. Every session starts with a conversation about who your audience is, what they’re dealing with day-to-day, what you want them to take away, and what you’ve tried before. The content is built around that. It’s what separates a session people actually remember from one they’ve forgotten by the time they get back to their desk.
-
Yes, and this is where the real impact happens. One session plants a seed. A series of sessions through the year creates genuine culture change. Several of my clients run quarterly or monthly sessions as part of their ongoing wellbeing program, and the difference in engagement and team culture is significant. I’m happy to design a bespoke ongoing program for your organisation.
