So glad I signed up to the Thriving in Postpartum Workshop! I’m 21 months postpartum with twins and often have days where I feel foggy/tired but wired. Cailie provided such sound and helpful information with tips on how to boost energy and promote healthy sleep habits. And let’s be honest, sleep is everything with young kids! Would highly recommend to every parent whether you’re newly postpartum or have toddler aged kids, it will be of huge benefit!

Cailie’s sessions have been interesting, funny, educational, and highly practical (e.g. smoothie making recipes, 4 things to change and implement right now) and easy to implement. We now have a new language set being used in the office around food choices, health and wellbeing and Cailie continues to host quarterly sessions for our group, which are the most engaged and well attended sessions we run. Clearly there is value in having a healthy team - but showing the team we care about their health irrespective of work has been the real value.

As a first time mum knowing when and how to introduce solids is pretty daunting so I was keen to get some advice before getting started. I reached out to Cailie and she ran an online information session for myself and my mother’s group. Cailie had prepared a short presentation which really simplified it for us, breaking down what foods to start with, what to avoid and what to watch out for. What I enjoyed most was her realistic approach to us all being busy mums. Cailie gave us a range of options that removed the pressure of making everything yourself all the time. Cailie has been brilliant and I’m so glad I took the step to book in an initial consultation with her. I have been so impressed with her approach and the detail she goes into from the start to fully understand you as an individual. Cailie has not only given me the guidance and the advice I need to make better choices, she has also educated me immensely on nutrition and how it affects MY mind and body, as an individual. I have always considered myself in touch with my health and wellbeing, but after experiencing some significant energy, mood and sleep issues and the consequential stress and emotional weight of this, I was puzzled as to what was happening.
