I've also been in the thick of it myself. Three boys under ten, a business, and a season of postnatal depression and burnout a few years ago that brought me to my knees. I clawed back my health through food, movement, and firm boundaries about how I would take care of myself. In 2024, I hit my 40th birthday the strongest and leanest I'd ever been, and I've kept it that way ever since. I'm not here to sell you perfection. I get asked this a lot, and it's a fair question when you've been around the block a few times. Here's what I genuinely think sets this apart.

I'm not just a nutritionist. I have a decade of corporate change management behind me, which means I understand the psychology of behaviour change at a clinical level - why habits fall apart, what actually makes them stick, and how to build new ones that don't require you to white-knuckle your way through every week. That combination of clinical nutrition skills and behaviour change expertise is rare, and it's the reason my clients don't just get results, they keep them.

On top of that, I'm a mum of three young boys. I have lived the exact chaos you're navigating - the 6am wake-ups, the full-time job, the mental load that never switches off, the dinners that fall apart by Wednesday. I'm not designing your plan from a sterile clinic with a clear schedule. I build everything around the real, messy version of your life, because that's the only version that matters.
No. My approach is built around working with your food preferences, not against them. Restriction doesn't create lasting change - it creates resentment and eventually, a binge. You'll have treats, you'll eat out, you'll have a glass of wine on a Friday. What changes is the framework around all of it, so your overall nutrition is genuinely nourishing your body, and the soul food fits in without derailing everything.
Much less than you'd think. Our monthly consults range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on where you're at in the program, and in between we stay connected on WhatsApp so nothing ever builds up into a problem. The real thing I want you to know though is this: the program doesn't add to your mental load, it reduces it. Instead of the constant noise in your head around food - should I be eating this, is this the right thing, why isn't this working - you get structure, clarity, and a clear focus for each week. Most of my clients tell me that the mental relief alone is worth it.
Then we talk about it. A bad week is not a reason to spiral - it's information. Part of what I do is help you build the skills to navigate the hard weeks, the school holidays, the work stress, the weeks when everything falls apart, without undoing your progress. I'm not going anywhere when things get hard. That's actually when the support matters most.
I think that's genuinely worth sitting with. Because most of us are already spending a lot of money trying to feel better, just in ways that aren't actually working.
