Who I am

I'm Cailie. Clinical nutritionist,
behaviour change expert, and mum of three.

I'm a registered clinical nutritionist (BHSc) and behaviour change expert, and a mum of three boys under 10. Before I became a nutritionist I spent a decade in corporate change management, and that combination is what makes the way I work different from anything else you have tried. I've also navigated postnatal depression and burnout, so I understand deeply what it costs to keep running on empty and put yourself last.
